Trust & Probate Administration - We assist clients grieving the death of a family member by providing trust and probate administrative services, small estate distribution, spousal property petitions, trust division upon the death of a spouse, trust funding, trust amendments, and gift and estate tax return preparation.

We help you maintain your estate plan to reflect the changes in your life and ensure that you understand how your estate plan will be handled according to your wishes and goals.

History
Evelyn has been an advocate for disabled students, helping them to receive an appropriate education. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Associate, as well as, a member of the Trust and Estates section in each association.
