History
In 1961, Neil Bezaire began practicing law. His daughter, Marie Bezaire joined her father in 1976. In 1981, his daughter Christina & Stephen joined the firm. Following this, in 1987, his daughter Anne Bezaire joined the firm.
During the next few years, Christina and Neil Bezaire retired and the firm split into three separate solo practices for Stephen, Maria and Anne Bezaire. In 2002 Maria retired to Hawaii and Anne took over her client files and created Bezaire & Associates with offices in five locations: West Los Angeles, Encino, Torrance, Long Beach, and Irvine. Stephen Bezaire continues his practice in Pasadena.
Anne Bezaire retired in 2007 and her associate, Evelyn Leathers took over Anne Bezaire’s offices in Irvine, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Riverside.
The new firm name is Bezaire & Leathers.
